I’ve read a lot of school tropey books, but this one scratches the itches better than most others for me. Lots of good feels and great character development. Makes you want to be a good guy with super hero powers going to college all over again…

While I really enjoy the snark and the ridiculous hilarity, it’s the gripping character development that keeps me coming back over and over. I’m nearing if not already at my 10th reread/listen, and it hasn’t lost any of the feels. I laugh, I cry, it even invades my dreams. I make fists in anguish, my hands shake with rage, I brandish weapons made of phalanges and flesh, and I clench these palms in thanks.

While I acknowledge that it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, I can’t get enough.
