AmalgaMat1on's LitRPG Tier List
As the title says, this is my tier list for strictly LitRPGs. Series ranked S and A are ones that I would confidently recommend to others, even if the person isn’t even familiar with LitRPG. Series ranked B; I’d strongly recommend to anyone that are fans in the genre and enjoy discussing about. Series ranked C are stories that have at least one good quality that can be appreciated, but overall aren’t for me. Series ranked D…well, “If you don’t have anything nice to say…”

This a standard zero-to-hero story, but written well. With an uncommon powerset, enemies that grow in scale and ridiculousness, and side characters that are, at the very least, memorable (which is saying a lot regarding these types of stories), the series brings a lot of entertainment and is deserving of all the hype (both good and bad).
On a really positive note, it’s ending was well above average (which, again, is saying a lot…).

A slow-burn, slice-of-life, story of modern people finding a dungeon and trying to get a handle of a new dangerously exciting life, and finding ways to benefit themselves and others. Dramatic and Challenging events unfold as the quirky characters find out that the dungeon is the least weird they will uncover.
The characters and their eccentric personalities carry this series. The world-building is vast and sometimes seems to lack direction, but the action and enjoyable storytelling makes this series worth investing in.

A Fantasy Virtual series where the world and characters grow in more ways than one, in both a metaphorical and literal sense. The settlement and kingdom building aspects are awesome, the dungeon exploration is refreshing at certain times and redundant at others. The overall plot is great, but the inconsistent pacing and development can make the series difficult to stick with.
